Concert by CLELIA, an emerging artist on the Brussels scene.
Belgian queer artist Clelia invites you to travel to the heart of her universe
to celebrate the release of her first project entitled "Clé". CLELIA has developed an eclectic
eclectic musical universe, blending influences from pop, hip-hop and electro. She writes
poetic lyrics that reflect her emotions. Her moving voice, with a touch of fragility
fragility, transports her audience into a melancholy and bewitching universe, where danceable rhythms

Cyclique - Brussels Pride Week 2024
This event aims at sharing knowledge about the seasonal and cyclical aspect of people with a uterus.
Menstrual cycles can be thought of as more than just ovulations and menstruations, each 'season' has its own specificity in every area of our lives: mood, food, libido, energy, etc. Knowing the general trends while being aware of your own specificities, can have the potential to transform the way you relate to yourself and others. Safe, inclusive and specifically designed for the LGBTQIA+ audience.
The workshop will be most useful and relevant for people not using hormonal contraception.

on the theme of marriage.
In 2023, we proudly celebrate 20 years since the enactment of the law allowing same-sex marriage. The City of Brussels, through the initiative of its Mu seums and Archives, would like this anniversary to be marked in time. The Archives of the City of Brussels will launch a call for donations of LGBTQIA+ archives on the theme of marriage. Flyers will be distributed by Pride Week partners and there will be a poster
campaign in community venues in Brussels and in city centre shops. Donors are invited to make an appointment at the Archives, rue des Tanneurs to make their donations.

Born to be Queer - Brussels Pride Week 2024
Theatrical lecture on the LGBTQIA+ struggles and the construction of gender through personal narratives
The aim of the show is to raise awareness of gender and LGBTQIA+ issues. The conference invites young and old alike to question their sexual orientation and gender identity. With an anti-discrimination message, she analyses and describes the struggles of LGBTQIA+ people.
A psychorigid and zany lecturer leads the proceedings with precision, while the memories that overwhelm her are revealed in slam poetry. Halfway between a lecture providing theoretical knowledge and a life story, the journey of a person at the heart of the acronym from L to Q. Punctuated by games, exchanges and humour, it makes the story of a struggle accessible and deciphers it. The parodied lecture is followed by a discussion with the audience.

Petites Histoires à Jouir - Brussels Pride Week 2024
Reading followed by discussion.
Gauthier Gamal invites you to take part in an hour-long reading based on erotic gay texts he has written. The main aim is to explore our own humanity.
The aim of these self-fictions is to ask us questions about the difficulties, but also the pleasures, of being in a relationship with another person. Each story brings out themes which, after reading, we will have the opportunity to freely exchange our points of view, without judgement. We'll be talking about love above all, but also homophobia, freedom, suffering, the influence of virtual relationships, art, and so on.
As we'll be tackling sensitive and even intimate subjects, the event is aimed exclusively at an adult and queer audience.

Using the magic of improvisational theatre to take an incisive, mischievous look at our society.
our society.
To create stories - funny, dramatic, crazy, authentic, sparkling - that celebrate clichés of all kinds.
LGBTQIA+ clichés of all kinds.
Share a powerful moment of exchange with the audience at the start of the show.
Take inspiration from them to improvise a show with commitment, humour and emotion.
Enjoy a unique Pride evening together!
Trigger Warning: during the show, prejudices (which can be hurtful) linked to the LGBTQIA+ communities may emerge in the scenes, to be dealt with in an offbeat, humorous way, or with a certain degree of drama. It's the very essence of the show's approach to also tackle stereotypes, through improvised theater scenes.

AB X FATSABBATS present “A Celebration of Pride”
In this heated climate, Our souls burn,Choking our angerHow not to remain fragmentedFinding the strength to gatheraround these dissonant realitiesletting go of old dogmas,Confront our fears and limits, rediscover the power of Outrage,In order to See other perspectivesTo remain proud,to catch our breath, to transcend,To start anew, and persevere,to Enable the necessary changeTwo arms won't be enough. Neither will a single night, but let's at least create a moment of synergy together. Join FATSABBATS at AB on May 17 for an event packed with concerts, DJ sets, dancers, and a panel discussion on an OUTRAGEOUSLY compelling topic. Get ready for an evening with Moesha 13, Demi Yo'ko, Andy 4000, myst milano., JSPORT, Tshegue, a mesmerizing pole dance performance, and a deep dive into the issue of police brutality against marginalized communities.MOESHA 13 (DJ)MOESHA 13 is a multi-hyphenate artist from Marseilles, whose sound fuses club, techno, and afro under the concept they call “gadjicore”. An underground icon of the international club scene, they sing, mix, and produce, evolving between fiery rap lyrics and a dancefloor aesthetic crafted into an incandescent hybrid. Their musical work is marked by joy, research, and performance. They are an NTS resident and have played at the Nyege Nyege Festival, Berghain, City Cité Atlanta, and Mucem in Marseille.Andy 4000 (DJ)Armed with her charisma and eclecticism, Andy 4000 has been touring Paris clubs, the roads of France, and European capitals for a few years now. She is now one of those artists bridging the gap between underground clubs, Fashion Week aftershows, and festivals. Her only comfort zone: setting dance floors on fire, whether they consist of hip-hop lovers, festival-goers, or the general public. Every time the party is over, it's the same thing: the insurmountable desire to go back to her work and celebrate!Demi Yo’Ko (Live)An enchanting new universe, which Demi dubs “PSYCHEDELIC HORROR” or “WHIMSICAL TERROR”, is entrancing the minds of a world in decline. Within their sonic world, they boldly explore alternative, funk, post-punk, indie, and industrial elements while maintaining a pop-centric core. Distorted and glittered with psychedelia and euphoria, Demi is forging a multidisciplinary form of artistic expression centered around music. This captivating realm pairs mesmerizing visuals to accompany a “feel-good, feel-bad” soundscape and lyrics that delve into introspective horrors. With multiple electrifying single releases following the success of their debut song “fEELIN’ aNxioUs” Demi has two projects on the 2024 horizon, an EP titled “SCREAMING FROM A ROOM THEY CAN’T SEE” in May and a debut LP titled “ A DEVIL’S PARADISE" at the end of the summer."JSPORT (DJ)Hailing from Atlanta, JSPORT stands as a pivotal figure in North America's Underground dance music landscape, initially drawn to the scene in 2012 by innovative sounds of blending R&B with avant-garde beats. JSPORT blends music that juxtaposes ethereal femininity with raw masculinity, making waves with performances at renowned events like Toronto's "Yes, Yes, Y’all", NYC’s "Dweller Festival'', and sharing stages with luminaries such as Teyana Taylor, Willow Smith, and FKA Twigs. Co-founder of Club Morph, a celebrated haven for QTPOC expression, JSPORT champions a musical ethos that defies traditional genre and gender norms, creating a unique blend of sound that resonates on dance floors across the globe. JSPORT's influence extends beyond the DJ booth. Their transition to music production during the 2020 lockdown led to the release of "Out of Bounds", a debut EP that encapsulates JSPORT's innovative approach and signals a forward-thinking direction in global dance music.myst milano. (Live)myst milano can’t be stopped. The Toronto-based rapper, DJ and producer spent years traversing underground nightlife, enamoured by the exploration of music, culture, and community offered everywhere from red-lit raves, to punk show mosh pits, to the glitz and pageantry of the Ballroom (vogue) scene. Their career as an artist has cemented Myst as a creative chameleon, a quality that has allowed them to share stages with the likes of Thundercat, Lizzo, Rico Nasty, Tinashe, and Kim Petras, just to name a few. Some know Myst from partnering with online platform Club Quarantine to do advocacy and journalism work surrounding the George Floyd Uprising in 2020, a cause they remain passionate about. The years since have seen the multi-hyphenate's steady ascension: their debut album 'Shapeshyfter' received a nomination for the Polaris Music Prize; their single ‘No Shade’ was widely released on Defected Records; and tour dates across Europe and Canada, and Latin America, with more to come. The genre-defying rapper/DJ/producer has proven themselves time and time again as a force to be reckoned with.Tshegue (Live)To understand Tshegue, you don't need words. All you have to do is watch them on stage: observe how the group carries this fire, these vibrations, and this trance abandons itself to this ballet of rhythms and propels its transcended audience as far as it can, between Kinshasa, Paris, and Cuba.Sung in Lingala, composed of percussion and produced with punk and rock influences, Tshegue's music reflects its hybrid character: a direct descendant of ancestral sounds, it is contemporary and documented, full of political, artistic, and personal questions. It doesn't reveal all its secrets straight away, but you can listen to it as you would watch a crowd dancing: you're bound to find yourself in it.For those in need of a breather, we've set up a relaxation area on the first floor (in the AB Club). Additionally, a care team will be onsite to ensure a safer environment at AB. We have discounted rates available for this event: Paspartoe, Uitpas, or Artikel 27. Drop us an email (info@abconcerts.be) or swing by the reception for more information.

Weathering - Faye Driscoll
How do we feel the impact of events which are so much larger than us, move through us, and animate and activate our bodies all the time? Ten performers enact a glacially morphing tableau vivant on a mobile raft-like stage. Their voices generate a score that crescendos and resonates as they clutch, careen and cleave in a space too small to contain them, spilling off the edges. The scenes shown reference at times images from classical iconography. Tenderness and violence, sensuality and brute force cohabitate. The audience sits all around as if watching a boxing match, embanking the performers, close enough to smell their sweat and feel the steam of the spiralling scenes. Celebrated American choreographer Faye Driscoll returns to the festival with a multi-sensory flesh and breath sculpture made of bodies, sounds, scents, liquids and objects. She pushes her performers to their limits in this compelling, adventurous work, presented in the impressive Horta Hall, originally an exhibition space for sculptures. Weathering is an ode to the inexhaustible physical power of queer bodies.

La Demence
“The secret for this so long going on party, is the happy mix of styles and ages”
The first ever LA DEMENCE party took place almost 30 years ago in 1989 ! What began as a weekly gay party on Sundays in small cities around Belgium has now become one of Europe’s biggest and most renowned parties.
The concept really came into its own and became a roar-away success when the parties settled down in the capital, Brussels, in 1992, and from then on took place in a regular monthly slot at Fuse club: the day before a bank holiday or on a Friday. Besides that, each anniversary at Halloween a full party weekend with several parties is organised, including a huge Main Party at Palais 12.
What makes LA DEMENCE stand out from the other gay parties is the happy mix of different styles and ages partying together: leather boys, bears, fashion victims, muscle queens, drags, young and old – in total in excess of 2000 gays having one hell of a party together. This happy mix creates a family feeling which is the secret of this so long going on party!
As Brussels is strategically placed as a city, LA DEMENCE attracts visitors from France, The Netherlands and Germany as well as hot sexy Italian, Swiss, Spanish, British and American boys.
The venue at Fuse club is huge – containing three different rooms which has the advantage of offering an eclectic range of music delivered by eight international DJs progressing from techno to house, with even a smattering of pop in the smaller room.
Great music and a great crowd also makes LA DEMENCE very sensual, so there are a few darker areas well worth exploring for those looking for a more than just a dance.
